Training is going well. Things (life) keeps cropping up throwing the schedule off but getting back into blast mode. Again, refining my technique on my lifts is paying off. I attribute my progress of late to that and scaling back my workload. Feeling a little pudgy though, weight hovering around 230. Need to get a little more conditioning in.
