B1. Blast Strap push-ups (feet up) 50 reps 3 sets
B2. Fat man pull-ups (blue band) neutral grip 5x10
C. Blast Strap Flyes 5x10
Stoopidity: Band pushdowns for time, monster-mini 2:32
Sarge said if the whole Marine Corps thing doesn't work out he is going to try soft core porn as "Mike Battery, The Cannon Cocker".
