Warm-up
A1. GHR 30 reps
A2. Walking lunges 25 reps/ side
B1. Back raises 30 reps
B2. Rooman chair sit-ups 30 and vee sit-ups 20

1/13/11
Trained with newly minted Sgt. Bucknutz
Warm-up
A1. Blast strap push-ups (feet up) 50 reps
A2. Pull-ups - neutral grip - w/ blue band 40 reps
A3. Blast strap flyes 40 reps

I trained in 'work clothes' each day coz I'm makin' a fashion statement...

...and I'm lazy.
