Warm-up
Squats work up to 325x5, 365x3, 410x1x5 sets
Deadlift against (mini) bands-sumo stance 10x1/ 135(2), 185(2), 225(2), 275(2), 315(2)
Lunges 55 reps 3 sets
Vee-sit-ups 60 reps 3 sets
Used the EFS pro short mini bands again in the speed pulls. Not sure about the tension at the top. Maybe 100-pounds? It feels less than doubled mini-bands. Anyway, today's playlist featured "Screaming for Vengeance" from Judas Priest and ZZ Top's "Fandango" with a little Van Halen (not Van Hager) thrown in. Very 80's-ish...
