C1. Pushdowns 8x8/ 50-110 pounds changing attachments every 3d set
C2. Pull-aparts 2x AMRAP in 60 sec.
D. DB Flat benchpress 65# x 2 minutes

Battling ropes for several minutes
Flat DB press 45 pounds for about 5 minutes
