Overhead band press-close grip-purple bands: work up to 295 x5 x3 sets (x11 reps last set)
S/S w/ DB rollbacks 3x15/ 25
Blast strap pushups-feet up: 3x 20, 20, 11
Chin-ups: 30 reps/ 5 sets
Seated DB cleans: 3x10/ 35, 45, 55 (x8)
Reverse BB curls: 2x15/ 45, 55
Abs
