GHR weighted 4x8 w/ 25
45* reverse hyper w/ short strap 2x15/ 340
BB shrugs 3x15/ 315, 405, 495
Half landmines 6x15 adding weight for 4 sets then taking it off for 2
And much to the disappointment of El Brookso el dustructo of iron-o, nothing else happened.
