5-3-1 Upper and Lower


Happy St.Patrick's Day!!!


I ended up training by myself. I was trying to squeeze a few things in and I did. I was also trying to get some stuff done before I leave on a trip and that turned into a cluster. So I had to finish training later.


Warmup

Squat work up to 315x3, 365x3, 405x3
Floorpress worked up to 205x5, 240x5, 270x5
DB flat press 110x12, 110x15
Incline Tate presses 3x15/ 25, 35, 45
S/S w/ Low pulley rows 3x15/ 145, 160, 175
Halbert raises 3x12 w/ 30#
Face pulls 2x20/ 60,70


Did I mention the midget Asian girl who spotted me while I was squatting until Frank shot her in the throat with a rubber band and she got pissed off and left? A long day. I should've stuck with the eggs and beer.
