"What's Honor Roll?"

w/T2
Warmup
Deadlifts work up to 318x5, 368x5, 423x5
GHR 3x8 w/ 35 moved the back up one pin
Straight leg pull throughs 3x15/ 8, 12, 14 (Cybex)
One arm low cable rows 3x15 each/ 45, 60, 75
Hammer rows 3x15 1 plate, 1.25 plates, 2 plates


We trained early in the AM (like Snoop). T2 advised he had to leave by 0945 to pick up his book bag to which I responded, something like, 'yeah you'll need that if you wanna make Honor Roll'. T2 stopped, looked at me and said, "what's honor roll?" I explained it to him and he shrugged and walked off unconcerned. It was a classic.

I have the best training partners.
