My excuses: worked part of the day and moved equipment I bought the rest of the day so I fit training in-between.

CSR 5x8/ 90, 135, 150, 165, 180
S/S w/ One-arm side raises 3x15/ 25, 30, 35

Worked then...

JM Press (w/ bar hanging in light bands from the top of the rack) 3x6/ 225, 275, 315 bar weight
S/S w/ Pushdowns 3x15-20 light weight
Dips 2x25
