Extra Workout

For Thursday 3/4/10

Front plate raises 3x15/ 25, 35, 45 S/S w/ Pull aparts w/ mini band 3x20
Rear delt flyes 3x12-15/ 30, 35, 40
Standing DB curls 3x45 seconds/ 30, 35 (2). Approximatbly 1 minute rest between sets.
Pushdowns w/ mini band 100 reps one set

Took 20 minutes.
