A2. Pull downs to chin wide grip: 3x8/ work up to 190, 200, 210
B1. Swiss bar press alternating close/medium/wide grips 4x10
B2. Face pulls 3x12/45, 55, 65
C. Band DB triceps extension: 3x12/35, 40, 45
