DE lower body

Warm-up The usual
Box squat w/ blue (strong) bands & ss bar work up to 245 x2 x3 sets, then 265 x2 x2 sets wore briefs and used a box & 2 mats
Glute ham raises 3x10
45* reverse hyper w/ short strap 290x15, 380x15+, 470x15+
Shrugs 315x10, 365x10, 455x20
