Warmup
Floor press-medium grip: 115x5, 145x5, 175x5
Dips 60 reps
T-bar rows: 5x12/ 90, 115, 130, 140, 150
Side raises: 3x15-20/ 15, 17.5, 20
Rolling DB extensions: 3x7/ 30, 40, 50 then 2x10/ 40
Decline situps and overhead crunches
