Warmups
Chin-ups (assisted): 4x 8-12/ #'s 14, 13, 12, 11 (supinated grip) supersetted with
Bar pushups: 3x 12, 12, 25 (!)
Half Landmines: 3x 6/ bar, 10, 10
Russian twist on S-ball: 4x 8 w/ med ball
Prowler: 6x 40 yds. w/ 120#
5-6 minutes on a stationary bike at easy pace
Little tennis ball work
Nice quick training!
